LIVE & INTERACTIVE CLASS

No pre-recorded videos here. You’ll have face-to-face time to interact with the chef & those on your team as you like — ask questions, share stories, spend a nice time. I will take pictures and record the class for you to keep a memory of the class. And I am always available after the event for your team to ask me questions, wether on social media or by email.

ORIGINAL RECIPES & TIPS

All of my recipes are original and often inspired by my travels and meeting. I try to be as sustainable as possible in my cooking, being local and seasonal. I will share with your team all my secret on how to enhance flavour, cook the easisest way, or even get more nutritional values from meals.

From menu, dietary preferences, and skill levels, dates and times, I work to understand your goals and preferences to customize the perfect event for your group.

ZERO STRESS EXPERIENCE

You receive all the ingredients lists and links for the event 7 days prior, giving you plenty of time to prepare. I am also available for any enquiry or question before and after the event, so you’re never in the dark! And of course, there will be time after the event for a debriefing.
