French woman, nomadic chef, passionate about colours, nature and texture. These last years were the beginning of a joyful journey, through culinary experiences, running a sustainable kitchen in Brussels, meeting passionate people and training in exciting topics such as Ayurveda, nutrition or sustainability
With my project Mindfoodness, I want you to be part of the journey, in a fun and delicious way. During workshop and cooking classes, I will give you tips and guidance for you to become more independent in your choices regarding food, be it your recipes, nutrition, or mindful eating. I am also a private chef for your group events and retreats, nurturing your guests so you can enjoy your event with piece of mind.

Mindful eating is about allowing ourselves to become aware of the positive and nurturing opportunities that are available through food choices and preparation, by respecting our inner wisdom and needs.
With the use of our five senses, we become aware of our physical sensations, emotions and thoughts, to decide what is the best way to nourish our mind, body, and soul. Along with acknowledging responses to food (likes, dislikes, or neutral) without judgment, we become aware of physical hunger and satiety cues.
Through workshops, guided meals and one to one coaching, I accompany you in that journey of full awareness and openness to the experience of eating.
